Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Short and clear: this site uses no cookies and no analytics, and collects nothing about you in the background. The only time we process your personal data is when you email us yourself — for example, to ask us to check your web app. Here's how that works.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is:

Łukasz Sudoł
[email protected]

For anything concerning your data, you can write to the address above.

2. What data we process, and when

We process only the data you send us yourself, by email. In practice that's your email address and the content of your message — and, if you include them, your name or company and the address (domain / URL) of the web app you'd like us to check. We don't collect anything automatically: the site uses no cookies, does not profile users, and runs no traffic analytics.

3. The security check

When you ask us to check your web app, we perform an external review of the address you provide. The check is limited to what is reachable without logging in, and we only run it against a domain you own or are otherwise authorized to test. We send the resulting report back to you, and we treat its contents as confidential — we don't publish or share your findings with anyone else.

4. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data for one purpose — to reply to your message and to carry out and deliver the check you asked for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request and performing our arrangement with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with our legitimate interest in corresponding with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. How long we keep your data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter your message concerned, and afterwards until you ask us to delete it or object to the processing. You can do either at any time by writing to the controller.

6. Service providers

To run this service we rely on standard providers. The site is hosted on DigitalOcean — see their privacy practices at digitalocean.com/trust/faq — and email is handled by a standard email provider. They process data only to the extent needed to host the site and deliver email, under their own data-protection terms. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

7. Your rights

In relation to the processing of your data, you have the right to:

  1. access your data;
  2. rectification, erasure and restriction of processing;
  3. data portability;
  4. object to the processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

This site uses no cookies — neither our own nor third-party. It needs no cookie consent, because it stores nothing on your device.
